While a home cannot fail an inspection,
it's components can. A home inspection provides you with an
independent opinion as to the condition of the property at the
time of the inspection. Further evaluation may be recommended
if problems or symptoms are discovered. You are encouraged to
attend the inspection with your inspector so that you can ask
questions and learn all about your home. Learn
more about why you should have your home inspected.
The list below includes different types of inspections we offer.

Inspections
A pre-listing inspection includes all of the elements

Utah Home Systems provides pre-listing inspections to help
you to price your home realistically and permit you to make
repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating
stumbling blocks later. For more reasons to inspect your home

Home Warranty Inspections
One great way to make sure you get your money's worth
when you buy a newly constructed home is to have a Home Warranty

builder may repair it for free! Learn more about Home
Warranty Inspections by clicking
