Utah Home Systems was developed in order to assist realtors,
homeowners, and prospective home buyers in the process of buying
or selling residential properties. There are many benefits of

My Qualifications
I have been inspecting homes in Utah County for 7 years
and have more than 14 years of experience in the building and
home improvement industries. I also spent 5 years writing and
negotiating Utah Real Estate Purchase Contracts. This broad
base of knowledge, combined with a genuine concern for the buyer
and the seller, allow me to objectively and thoroughly inspect
a home and aid in resolving any concerns that come up.
During a recent inspection, we found mold and damaged trusses
in an attic space. Both the buyer and the seller were unaware
of these conditions, but both were anxious to get the problems
resolved and proceed with the sale. We outlined what needed
to be done to resolve the issues and helped the buyer negotiate
the terms with the seller. The buyers are now happily living
in their new home and are grateful for the knowledge and peace
of mind their home inspection provided. We are dedicated to
providing you with that same level of expertise and service
at an affordable price, and doing everything we can to make

My Promise
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most
professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after
you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying
